Production, shipping and returns
Production: All items are made to order. Allow 3–7 business days before shipment.
Delivery after production: Canada 5–10 business days; United States 5–8 business days; international 10–20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. View the shipping policy.
Returns: All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods. Approved returns must be shipped at the buyer’s cost. After receipt and inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued. View the refund policy.
