Ron Allen reworks Hayden Andre’s 1990s club staple “Tribal Life” as a deep, melodic and percussion-driven remix for contemporary house sets.
Ron Allen revisits Hayden Andre’s Strobe classic “Tribal Life,” reshaping its tribal foundation with a deeper and more melodic perspective. The remix respects the original record’s percussive identity while opening new harmonic space around the groove.
That balance gives DJs a strong link between classic 1990s house and current afro, tribal and deep-house programming. It can introduce Strobe history without sounding locked to a single era, or provide a rolling transition between percussion-led tracks and more melodic material. The result is both tribute and working club tool: familiar in spirit, renewed in execution.
