The R.A.S.E. vinyl reissue restores Ron Allen’s 1991 four-track house EP with two mixes of “Get On Up,” “Say It Loud” and “4 The Luv of U.”
Warm basslines, soulful vocals and early-’90s disco swing define this return to one of Strobe Records’ foundational releases. The A-side delivers two uplifting “Get On Up” mixes, while the B-side moves deeper without losing the EP’s musical warmth.
Pressed for DJs and collectors, the reissue places the original club functionality back at the centre: loud grooves, clear mix points and four distinct moods across one 12-inch. It is a direct introduction to the sound that helped establish Ron Allen as a Canadian house architect.
