About the music
Ron Allen shares a heavy tribute to the underground nightclubs that sculpted his musical vision back in the late '80s and early '90s. Enter "Clubchild," a minimal deep house project that's a sonic journey through the legendary dance floors that birthed his beats. This project doesn't just come with one mix, but multiple versions, featuring both dub and vocal blends that echo the pulse of those iconic nights.
The "1315 Broadway" and "185 Richmond" mixes are the crown jewels, paying homage to Detroit's legendary Music Institute and Toronto's infamous Twilight Zone.
